Ladyfest Dublin at Anthology -
As part of Ladyfest's exhibition programme, Dublin-based artist LCL is currently showing her colourful geometric paintings at Anthology from 5 November through 30 November. Also on view are black and white photographs by Gail McGurkle. We're pleased to show their work, and pleased to be a part of Ladyfest.

Ladyfest is taking place at various venues around Dublin. The main event, the music, will be at The Hub in Temple Bar. For complete listings on bands, workshops and events, check out the Ladyfest website at www.ladyfestdublin.org.

Ireland at the 26th São Paulo Bienal

Anthology Books is stockist and distributor for this fabulous catalogue for the Irish Artists at the São Paulo Bienal

Ireland's overall participation in the 26th São Paulo Bienal includes painting, film and sound work. The artists are painter Stephen Loughman, film and installation team desperate optimists (Christine Molloy and Joe Lawlor), and sound artist/musician Dennis McNulty.

Irish Commissioner for Arts Valerie Connor edits the catalogue, which includes essays by Yvonne Scott, Brian Hand and Ben Slater.

The catalogue is printed in a limited edition of 1000, contains 15 full colour illustrations of paintings by Stephen Loughman, film stills from Civic Life: Moore Street by desperate optimists, and a complete 39:41minute CD of soundworks by Dennis McNulty.
